Have a friend that has an older pIII desktop. Just reinstalled Windoze on it as her Lexmark printer doesnt have Linux drivers. I want to do the Wubi thing as I got her interested in it but she only has 128MB of RAM...

it takes PC100 and I tried 2 PC133 sticks I have but they did not work. the BIOS didnt see them.

If anybody has any old PC100 sticks that they could part with... she has 2 64MB now. that would be awesome!

crucial.com said that her motherboard should support pc100/133 256MB per stick but it's a no go at least with the PC133.

Thanks guys!

Yeah. What he ^ said.

Super Dave I am certain can help out. I will also look into my stash and see if I can find anything. I know I have some 128's laying around somewhere, but not certain about 256MB sticks.

I'll bring memory and more next meeting. I generally have the van loaded up with a mix of hardware.
