Meeting Place:
owtown Bowling Palace
4333 River Oaks Blvd.
(Corner of River Oaks and Jacksboro Hwy.)

At the  July meeting we had general Q&A and round-table discussions.  Ideas were discussed relating to backup and restore and package management.  Cloning software and USB hard drive adapters were part of the discussion as well as a couple of solutions for hardware and software detection.  We experimented with lshw and discovered that we could generate an html file with command   lshw -html > sysinfo.html An example for an i7 Thinkpad can be viewed here.

Our normal meetings are held on the Second Saturday of each month at 10AM.
